This is personalised strength and fitness programming for women who already know their way around a gym, and want training that actually supports their body in this season of life.
I design a structured 6-week program built around progressive strength, smart conditioning, and cardiovascular support.
With a strong focus on peri and menopause physiology.
We prioritise muscle, bone density, metabolic health, nervous system balance, and long-term resilience, not just aesthetics.

With a max of three women in my private gym, these one-hour sessions are designed for women who already have some gym experience and want focused, intelligent training - not chaos.

Expect structured circuits with a heavy strength focus, and conditioning layered in when it serves the group.
