Hello, I’m Jess

I help women feel like themselves again — stronger, clearer, and more in control of their life.

I’m a qualified health, mindset and life coach, personal trainer, peri + post menopause coach and someone who has lived through — and learned from — a lot. I’m a mum, a wife, a friend, an everyday athlete, and someone who genuinely loves the life I’ve built. But it didn’t happen by accident.

My Story

I’ve experienced burnout, concussion, PCOS, endometriosis, hysterectomy, disordered eating, and a life-changing moment - emergency ovarian cancer surgery + surgical menopause.

That gave me a second chance, and a deeper understanding of what it really means to feel well.

I understand chronic stress.
I understand body changes, deeply.
And I understand what it takes to rebuild.

How I work

I’ve been coaching for over 14 years, supporting people through physical, emotional, and lifestyle challenges.

My approach is simple - there is no one-size-fits-all.

I combine practical strategy, lived experience, and personalised support to help you build something that actually works for you.

My Approach

I call it The Jess Method — not because it’s complicated, but because it’s personal.

It’s a blend of practical strategy, intuitive understanding, and real-life application.

Some clients need structure.
Some need support.
Most need both.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do.

It’s to help you understand yourself, build what works, and feel confident living it.

Why I do this

Because I know what it feels like to lose your rhythm — and how powerful it is to get it back.

I care deeply about helping women navigate this stage of life in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and genuinely effective.

I’ve lived the diagnosis, the trauma, the inability to use hormone therapy, the grief, the joy, the rebuild, the reset, and I am here to share many methods to help you.

There’s no quick fix.

But there is always a way forward.

If you’re ready to start, I’d love to support you.

Whether that’s beginning with PAUSE, or simply having a conversation about what’s going on — we can take it from there.
